Assalamualaikum
Its hard to believe that i ended sem3 just a few days ago. Oddly, i can still remember my first day coming to INTEC, wearing my red kurung, and selendang (everything was red =}). Moving into my first own apartment (ngee~).
Owh well, those were the days. Reading back through all of my old post, I am thankful that other than being able to expand my academical knowledge, I get to also expand my view on life. Yes, each individual is special with certain strength and characteristics, and not forgetting weaknessess. Most people judge others through their appearence. They say that "the physical appearence of a perseon is a reflection of his or her mentality". This is true as we would always want to present ourselves in the best manner possible.
The statement might be confusing for some. Some might interpret it as "the physical appearence of a perseon is a reflection of his or her Iman". Now this is partially untrue in a sense that we all know that 'seeing is believeing', but sometimes it is never like that. You cannot judge someone based on how they look, the mentality is too restricted. There would be a time whereby we seem to even be selective with our friends. NO! This should not happen! We should always try to look at a person through his heart, his actions, his belief.
I am discussing about this as lately i noticed that i myself have been doing it (eka2, sedarlah sikit). Astaghfirullah..
No matter how mean a person can be, there would always be a good quality in his/her life. Focus on that quality and hope that with time it will magnify, and soon before u know it, it will be along term change. Which is i would say something thats defenitely hard to achieve, istiqamah. It has to start from the heart itself. Its ok if you dont 'feel' anthing YET, give it time. Trust me, i am experiencing the same dilemma.
InsyaAllah, Allah will always be there to help you and me both! Amin~
I guess that would be all for now.. :]
p/s : What do you think of a person who doesnt stick to what he/she stands for?! I intend to make that as my next post insyaAllah, along with other things i presume.
Okayh then, Salam to all. and Happy Holidays!
perhaps, he/she doesn't realise it or there may be difficulty in doing what he/she is standing for. we always plan yet Allah decides. there can be many reasons really but for us to see and take what he/she says is what's important. coz that comes from Allah. we have no right whatsoever to judge the person as we may be wrong. hope for the best!
ReplyDeletesalam sayang adik2 yang akak rindu... =)
ReplyDeleteeka, akak faham apa yang eka sampaikan.. =)... and sometimes it happens 2 me as well... too easy to judge others.. from what we see.. and without trying and have effort to know and understand them and their situation...
i just want to share something supaya kita sama2 refresh apa yg kita paham...
its true that we will never know wether a person is truely beriman or not... but one thing we have to remember, Allah gave us no space to judge a person but He remind us to improve what is inside ourselves, .. our eeman that is in our qalb and beramal based on our eeman.. not to judge others... btw, is it logical for us to do something out of our belief or what we have faith on...coz everything that we do is basically what we believe.. do you still remember hadith ke6 by imam Nawawi... and aka teringat ustaz Naqjamuddin pernah cakap pasal satu pernyataan yang bila akak pikir2 betul juga... kita slalu dengar, 'dia ni nampak jea mcm 2, tapi hati dia baik..'huhu..
so kita la yg kena check diri kita selari x perbuatan kita dengan islam..
